- Strong hands-on with 3PLs, carrier networks, multi-country distribution
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
