Maintain database of label versions, submissions, and approval statuses by market/product.
Collaborate with EU Compliance and Sustainability to align labeling with regulations.
Liaise with marketing, design, and product dev to communicate labeling early.
Track regulatory deadlines and renewal requirements for EU notifications.

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in EU labeling/regulatory submissions.
Hands-on with EU portals: CPNP, eProcedure, national portals.
Detail-oriented; able to manage many submissions.
Knowledge of EU labeling regs: 1169/2011; 1223/2009; supplement/novel foods.
Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
MS Office & Google Suite; strong English; other EU languages a plus.
