  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year of customer support experience
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools
  • Strong communication and empathy
  • Technical aptitude (iOS/Android apps, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Flexibility to work 2โ€“5 weekends during peak periods
