- Requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
- Experience supporting testing, training, and production rollout
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies & lifecycle management
- Basic scripting or technical understanding to support system analysis
