As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical advocate for customers, driving successful onboarding, API integrations, data mapping, and ongoing success with Ethyca's platform.

Responsibilities
\n
\n- Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of Ethyca customers
\n- Lead onboarding, integration work, and data mapping with client engineering teams
\n- Guide customers on API usage, privacy controls, and policy configuration
\n- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to triage issues and drive product improvements
\n- Proactively monitor health metrics, risk indicators, renewals, and expansion opportunities
\n- Gather feedback and represent customer needs to product teams
\n- Deliver trainings and enablement to customers and internal colleagues
\n

Requirements
\n
\n- 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, or technical consulting
\n- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
\n- Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and data privacy concepts
\n- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
\n- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
\n- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
\n- Location: New York, NY (on-site)
