As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical advocate for customers, driving successful onboarding, API integrations, data mapping, and ongoing success with Ethyca's platform.

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of Ethyca customers
  • \n
  • Lead onboarding, integration work, and data mapping with client engineering teams
  • \n
  • Guide customers on API usage, privacy controls, and policy configuration
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to triage issues and drive product improvements
  • \n
  • Proactively monitor health metrics, risk indicators, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • \n
  • Gather feedback and represent customer needs to product teams
  • \n
  • Deliver trainings and enablement to customers and internal colleagues
  • \n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, or technical consulting
  • \n
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • \n
  • Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and data privacy concepts
  • \n
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
  • \n
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • \n
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • \n
  • Location: New York, NY (on-site)
