Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of Ethyca’s data privacy products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver clear, accessible experiences that empower customers to manage privacy with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes and design handoffs.
• Lead the creation and evolution of design systems and component libraries.
• Plan and conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into practical design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated impact through a strong portfolio of complex products.
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
