Senior Deployment Project Manager

Overview

Ethyca is seeking a Senior Deployment Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of our privacy platform for enterprise clients. This remote-friendly role may be based in New York with on-site options.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own deployment projects from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation review.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource estimates, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, security, privacy and customer success teams to ensure successful configuration and integration.
• Manage client communications, expectations and onboarding activities, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure deployments meet security, compliance and privacy requirements; document best practices and lessons learned.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure on-time delivery; drive process improvements and automation where possible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and customer success after go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with SaaS deployments or data privacy software.
• Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (eg Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across time zones; proven track record delivering complex deployments on schedule.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or similar certification preferred.
