Enterprise Sales Director at Ethyca
Ethyca is a data privacy company that enables organizations to govern and protect data in compliance with privacy regulations. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our strategic sales efforts with enterprise customers, primarily in North America.
Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute account strategies for key customers and opportunities.
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
- Forecast revenue, manage a healthy pipeline, and hit quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead RFPs and contract negotiations; close complex deals.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and close opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
- Deep knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and lead strategic deals.
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers and building executive relationships.
Location: New York, NY, USA. This is an on-site role with occasional flexibility.
