Overview

Ethyca is seeking a Director of Deployment Strategy to lead and scale deployment initiatives for our data privacy platform. You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to develop and execute deployment programs that drive successful customer outcomes and rapid adoption.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the deployment strategy and playbooks for enterprise customers
Manage cross-functional programs across engineering, product, security, and operations
Develop scalable deployment processes, automation, and onboarding workflows
Lead and mentor a team of deployment managers, consultants, and specialists
Collaborate with GTM, professional services, and customer success to ensure successful implementations
Define KPIs, track outcomes, and continuously optimize deployment performance
Represent deployment operations in leadership forums and strategic planning

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise software deployments, customer implementations, or professional services (data privacy experience a plus)
Proven experience leading deployment/implementation teams and programs
Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex technical environments and regulatory considerations
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
