🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role.
Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.
Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for querying and analyzing data.
Attention to detail and ownership; comfortable diving into systems and data.
Strong written and verbal communication; present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Experience in life insurance or financial services.
