📋 Description

• Manage investigations with best-practice principles; triage, prioritize, escalate to leadership.
• Prevent and detect fraud; document investigations with evidence.
• Develop and manage a case management system; maintain databases.
• Raise awareness of ethics and compliance policies; onboard new employees.
• Lead fraud compliance framework to meet FTPF requirements in the UK.
• Provide timely feedback to fix gaps and strengthen controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 10-12 years in fraud investigations and compliance.
• Strong analytical, interview, and interrogation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; synthesize and present data.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience with intelligence gathering; online resources, public records, social media.
• Experience in Conflict of Interest and Fraud Risk Management.
