Ethics & Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline; triage reports and investigations.
• Guide on Code of Conduct and conflicts of interest, including gifts and entertainment.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and business teams to manage Ethics Office initiatives and training.
• Create communications and training to raise awareness of ethics and compliance.
• Monitor program effectiveness, assess risks, and report to leadership and the Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in Compliance and Ethics; degree or equivalent; financial services preferred.
• Strong integrity and discretion; handle confidential information with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain regulatory topics and influence stakeholders.
• Experience setting strategies and aligning teams to execute; practical problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage work independently in changing environments.
