📋 Description

  • Partner with AEs/CSMs to understand customer needs; demo the platform with technical fluency.
  • Own and refine the demo environment to reflect latest AI features and client setups.
  • Build custom walkthroughs and tailored demos for strategic deals (content builds, editing, integrations).
  • Translate product, content, and AI feature specs into customer-ready language for live calls and sales assets.
  • Develop deep understanding of our solutions; field questions on data security, HRIS integrations, and customization.
  • Collect real-time feedback from prospects and relay back to Product/Engineering; support RFPs, pilots, and security reviews with accurate responses.

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, or Implementation capacity at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to tell a clear story with a technical product—especially on calls with HR, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting both discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle.
  • High ownership—you're the go-to on all things demo, pre-sales technical strategy, and product fluency.
  • Credibility with sales reps and the confidence to work closely with leadership.
  • Strong grasp of AI-powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations (LMS, HRIS, SSO, etc.).
