📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end consumer business: vision, strategy, performance.
• Define and manage P&L, unit economics, growth for consumer products.
• Set success metrics for acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Lead roadmap for consumer products: payments, checkout, wallets, lending.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven GM or head of a major product line.
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystems: cards, networks, processors, issuers.
• Track record scaling consumer products with subscription revenue.
• Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong cross-functional leadership.
• Comfortable in regulated environments; AI/ML in large-scale products.
