- Read and interpret specs and drawings; prepare BOMs and take-offs.
- Strong communication, teamwork, multi-tasking, and detail orientation.
- Knowledge of building codes and electrical/plumbing/mechanical codes.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related tools.
