Perform quantity takeoffs from architect plans (measurements, material counts, site elements)
Review project specifications and identify missing information before bid submission
Manage full bid solicitation and submission: coordinate supplier pricing and prepare bids
Contact subcontractors and vendors to collect quotes and coordinate pricing
Support post-award workflows: submittals, RFIs, coordination with subs and suppliers
Conduct remote inspections via video calls to assess project details

🎯 Requirements

1+ year estimating in commercial construction, Division 7 (Roofing/Waterproofing) or related trades
Familiarity with Stack estimating software
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specs accurately
End-to-end bid process experience, from takeoff to submission; post-award familiarity
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Prior remote experience with a U.S.-based contractor preferred
