Track bid invitations via PlanHub; maintain estimating pipeline.
Support post-award workflows with subs and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years estimating in concrete paving, site work, underground utilities; commercial projects.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for digital takeoff; other tools transferable.
Strong ability to read architectural plans, specs, and site conditions.
End-to-end bid process experience; familiarity with post-award workflows.
Experience with PlanHub; Builder Trend preferred.
Fluent English; Spanish a bonus; remote U.S.-based contractor experience preferred.
