Review project specs, plans, and bid requirements; flag missing info before bid
Manage full bid process across Procore, Building Connected, Construct, SmartBid
Track active bid invitations, manage estimating pipeline, and document bids
Develop detailed cost estimates for concrete and excavation scopes
Support post-award workflows including subcontractor coordination and submittals

🎯 Requirements

3+ years estimating concrete, excavation, light civil, or related trade for US clients ($250K-$2M+)
Expert proficiency with Bluebeam software, including takeoff tools
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and civil plans
End-to-end bid process experience including post-award workflows
Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
Prior experience working remotely for a US-based contractor preferred
