- Experience with estimating software: Bluebeam Revu, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift.
- Knowledge of commercial drawings, building systems, and specs.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
