Sr. GIS Solution Engineer – AEC

📋 Description

• Build relationships; present and support selling Esri software within the account team.
• Be an expert; lead technical conversations and solutions for Esri's customers.
• Solve problems; craft GIS-based strategies that align Esri tech with customer needs.
• Tell our story; design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Esri tech creating maps and performing spatial analysis
• 3+ years in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
• Bite-sized ArcGIS IT context knowledge (hardware, security, networking, cloud)
• Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
• Understanding of sales and business development processes
• Troubleshoot client issues related to Esri deployment and system architecture
• Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Azure or AWS
• Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP
• Programming and scripting with Python and JavaScript
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
• Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field
• No visa sponsorship; authorized to work in the U.S.
