Regional Account Executive (Hospital)

Overview

ESO is a leading healthcare technology company delivering solutions to hospitals and health systems. We are seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth in the hospital segment while working remotely in the Northeast US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet or exceed targets in the Northeast US.
• Identify and qualify hospital and health system opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with administrators, clinicians, and procurement leaders.
• Demonstrate ESO solutions, tailor demonstrations to customer needs, and address objections.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product management.
• Travel as needed within the Northeast US to engage customers and participate in meetings.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in healthcare or hospital sales (SaaS/IT solutions preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
