In this role you will be part of our Enterprise Program Management Office team, reporting to the Transformation Director, based in our Austin office.

***Required to be at the office 3 days a week***

  • Knowledgeable – You have 6+ years’ experience in managing multi-team/enterprise-wide projects.

  • Curious – You have acontinuousimprovement mindset and are continually striving todetermineways to drive efficiency and effectiveness in your organization; you havea strong desireto keep up with emerging technologies and software development practices.

  • BusinessAcumen –You’reeager to understand the fundamental drivers of the business, and partner with leaders of the various functions you support to look for ways to enable theirvision.

  • Detail-oriented – Understanding, documenting, and communicating nuances are important to you.

  • Guardian – You act as aprocessguardian,promotingsustainable and scalable solutions.You are a steward of strategyand use that skill to helptie every stepof a process back tothebusinessobjectives.

Who You Are – The Desirables

  • Healthcare, SaaS, or First Responder industry experience.

  • Experience inworkingwithall areaswithin a software company.

  • Strong understandingof projectmanagement best practices.

  • Understanding ofthe software development lifecycle.

  • Experience working with executive level leadership within an organization.

  • Self-starter whoidentifies, negotiates, and solves problems.

  • Significant project, process, stakeholder, budget, and risk management experience.

  • Strongchange management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able toexecute oncommitments.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Ability toeffectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.

  • Possess passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results, highly action oriented.
