ESO is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Costa Rica. This role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making within the company. The candidate will prepare reports, perform variance analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Develop budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
- Assist with month-end close and financial modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
