ESO is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in Prague. You will design, build and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across data platforms
• Optimize data models, storage, and query performance
• Participate in data architecture discussions and contribute to best practices

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering with strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehousing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
