Customer Integration Engineer

Job Description

ESO is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to join our team in Plzeň, Czech Republic. This role focuses on helping customers integrate ESO services and platforms with their operational environments. You will work closely with customers and with ESO engineering teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, implement configurations, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment and validation.
• Design, configure, and test integration solutions that connect ESO platforms with customer systems.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and IT operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide clear technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer training as needed.
• Support post-implementation monitoring and optimization to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, data mapping, and troubleshooting integration problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers across different regions.
• Familiarity with software development practices and IT operations; knowledge of networking/security is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Czech language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel if required.
