ESO is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to support integration projects and customer onboarding for ESO's software and services. This on-site role is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define integration requirements and success metrics
- Design, implement, and validate data and API integrations
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve integration issues
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for customers
- Participate in deployment and post-implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP, and data exchange formats
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers
