Performing reconciliations between internal reports and external disclosure packs
Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks (SOX, IRR, NFR, 1LOD/2LOD)
Designing, testing, and enhancing end-to-end controls
Conducting assurance, issue management, and remediation

🎯 Requirements

Documenting business and functional requirements
Experience with financial close processes, journals, ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Regulatory reporting process mapping and controls documentation
Product ownership, backlog prioritisation, agile squad delivery
ESG reporting standards (ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, SASB) interpretation
Programme governance (plan/RAID/steerco) for disclosure/ESG delivery
