• Balance financials with invoices and tax balances.
• Oversee lender closing instructions and fund disbursement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Licensed Escrow Officer with own book.
• Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Qualia; training available.
• Knowledge of state escrow rules and Dept of Insurance.
• Team player with Team Before Self mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
