Actively seek new business via sales meetings, real estate events, escrow, and management meetings.
Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and settlement documents per lender/buyer/seller instructions.
Collaborate with CX, Brokerage, Contract Ops, and Funding to resolve title issues quickly.
Obtain clear title by curing defects, liens, encumbrances, and verifying vesting.
Balance all financials with corresponding invoices and tax balances.
Provide lender closing instructions and oversee funds disbursement; manage checks/escrowed funds.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a Licensed Escrow Officer with own book; min 5 closings/mo
Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills
Proficient with Google Suite and Qualia; training available
Knowledge of state escrow rules and Dept of Insurance
A team player mentality with a Team Before Self mindset
Passion for innovation and comfortable with change
