📋 Description

• Manage the closing process for Orchard Title and Orchard Brokerage.
• Full-time role reporting to the Escrow Manager; open to 6 US cities.
• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and settlement docs.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Brokerage, Ops, and Funding to resolve issues.
• Obtain clear title by curing defects, satisfying liens, and vesting.
• Balance invoices and ensure proper fund disbursement; maintain compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Licensed Escrow Officer with own book (min 5 closings/mo).
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
• Comfort with Google Suite and Qualia; training available.
• Knowledge of state escrow rules and Dept of Insurance regs.
• Team player with "Team Before Self" mindset; adaptable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
