📋 Description

• Actively seek new business via meetings and events; coordinate with lenders to boost capture rate.
• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and settlement docs per lender and buyer/seller instructions.
• Collaborate with CX, Brokerage, Contract Ops, and Funding to resolve Title issues.
• Obtain clear title by curing defects, satisfying liens, and verifying vesting.
• Balance all financials with invoices and tax balances.
• Oversee lender closing instructions and ensure proper disbursement of funds.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Licensed Escrow Officer with own book; minimum 5 closings/month.
• Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
• Comfort with Google Suite and software like Qualia; training available.
• Know state escrow rules and regulations enforced by Dept of Insurance.
• Team player with Team Before Self mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
