Seek new business via meetings, events, escrow; engage lenders/banks.
Prepare closing documents and escrow agreements per lender/buyer/seller instructions.
Coordinate with CX, Brokerage, Contract Ops, and Funding to resolve title issues.
Obtain clear title by curing defects and liens; verify vesting.
Balance financials with invoices and tax balances.
Provide lender closing instructions; oversee funds disbursement; manage escrowed funds.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as licensed Escrow Officer with own book.
Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
Comfortable with Google Suite and Qualia; training provided if needed.
Knowledge of state escrow rules and Dept of Insurance regulations.
Team-player with a Team Before Self mindset.
Passion for innovation and change; highly organized and detail oriented.
