Prepare closing disclosures and escrow documents per lender and/or buyer/seller instructions.
Communicate with cross-department teams to resolve title issues quickly.
Obtain clear title by ordering title reports and resolving defects.
Audit files for accuracy, completion, and compliance.
Coordinate closings via e-notary or mobile notary services.
Oversee receipt and disbursement of funds and manage escrowed funds.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
Experience handling complex processes within larger workflows.
Comfort with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Qualia.
Working knowledge of AZ escrow rules and regulations.
Team-player with a 'Team Before Self' mindset.
Passion for innovation and comfortable with change.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
