Prepare closing disclosures, escrow docs per lender/buyer/seller instructions
Collaborate with CX, Sales, Contract Ops, and Funding to troubleshoot Title delays
Obtain clear title by ordering reports and resolving defects, liens
Audit files for accuracy, completion, and compliance
Coordinate closings via e-notary or mobile notary services
Ensure lender instructions and proper disbursement of funds

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills
Experience mastering complex processes within larger workflows
Comfort with MS Office, Google Suite, and Qualia
Knowledge of CO state escrow rules and regulations
Team player with a “Team Before Self” mindset
Passion for innovation and adaptability to change
Highly organized and detail-oriented
