Escrow Officer

📋 Description

• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and all settlement docs per lender/buyer/seller instructions
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Contract Operations and Funding to troubleshoot Title issues
• Obtain clear title by ordering title reports, resolving defects and addressing liens
• Audit files for accuracy, completion and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate closings via e-notary or mobile notary services
• Oversee lender closing instructions and proper disbursement of funds

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
• Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills
• Experience mastering complex processes within larger workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Qualia
• Working knowledge of TX state escrow rules and regulations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
