Prepare closing disclosures and settlement documents per lender/buyer/seller instructions
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Contract Ops, and Funding to resolve title issues
Obtain clear title by ordering title reports, resolving defects, and liens
Audit files for accuracy, completion, and compliance
Coordinate closings via e-notary or mobile notary services
Provide correct lender closing instructions and manage funds/disbursements
Maintain compliance with Orchard Title policies and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience as an Escrow Officer
Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills
Experience mastering complex processes and understanding your role
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Qualia
Knowledge of TX state escrow rules and regs
Team-first mindset
Passion for innovation and comfortable with change
Organizational skills and detail-oriented
