Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and settlement docs per lender/buyer instructions
Coordinate with Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, and Funding to resolve title delays
Obtain clear title by ordering reports, resolving defects, and satisfying liens
Audit files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Coordinate closings via e-notary or mobile notary services
Provide correct lender closing instructions and manage fund disbursement
Maintain compliance with Orchard Title policies and governing laws

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
Ability to master complex processes within a larger workflow
Comfortable with tech: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Qualia
Knowledge of Texas escrow rules/regulations
Team player with "Team Before Self" mindset
Passion for innovation and adaptability to change
Highly organized and detail-oriented
