📋 Description

• Manage residential escrow files from opening to closing.
• Serve as primary escrow partner for PLACE teams and clients.
• Provide proactive transaction updates and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and complete closing docs.
• Balance closing figures and prepare CDs/ALTA/HUD.
• Collaborate with title, operations, and client engagement teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential escrow closings.
• Active Escrow License or Title Producer License (or ability to obtain).
• Experience managing files independently from opening through closing.
• Knowledge of TRID, CFPB, RESPA and state-specific requirements.
• Stay current on regulatory changes impacting escrow operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
