🎯 Requirements
- At least 2+ years of escrow experience.
- Knowledge of legal documents related to closings.
- Experience with Ramquest and Resware; Softpro/LandTech also considered.
- Commercial and/or multi-state escrow experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
