📋 Description

• Maintain proper accounting across states and bank accounts.
• Deposit funds and notify parties of receipt.
• Disburse escrow files per agreements and lender instructions.
• Track and stop payments on uncleared checks.
• Initiate and approve wire transfers accurately.
• Use Qualia to reconcile trust accounts daily and resolve discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in title funding/escrow accounting
• Licensed or willing to be licensed as a title agent in multiple states (PA, MO)
• Strong problem solving; cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
