  • Manage and resolve customer and internal escalations from DigiCert's technical organizations (Support, Validation, Ops)
  • Serve as liaison across Support, Validation, Engineering, Operations, PKI Ops, PM, and Sales/SE to resolve escalations
  • Troubleshoot and provide fix hints at code or database level
  • Implement tools for internal and external customers
  • Review usability, supportability, quality, and documentation of new products

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years in backline support and/or software development
  • Experience with PKI, TCP/IP, Web servers, VPN, network protocols
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and mobile platforms; SQL/RDBMS
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team; good written/verbal skills
