- Manage and resolve customer and internal escalations from DigiCert's technical organizations (Support, Validation, Ops)
- Serve as liaison across Support, Validation, Engineering, Operations, PKI Ops, PM, and Sales/SE to resolve escalations
- Troubleshoot and provide fix hints at code or database level
- Implement tools for internal and external customers
- Review usability, supportability, quality, and documentation of new products
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years in backline support and/or software development
- Experience with PKI, TCP/IP, Web servers, VPN, network protocols
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and mobile platforms; SQL/RDBMS
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team; good written/verbal skills
