📋 Description

  • Anticipate and own client escalations to quick resolution with leadership input.
  • Research and implement solutions for non-standard escalations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and hold teams accountable for complex issues.
  • Lead meetings with senior client stakeholders to show value and updates.
  • Identify trends and develop long-term mitigation for escalations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Ability to assess SWOT within an account.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience or military service.
  • Experience in facilities management or related construction/building engineering a plus.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Travel up to 20%.
