  • Experience with case life-cycle management and customer engagement
  • Root-cause analysis for customer incidents
  • PagerDuty and incident management experience
  • Linux, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database familiarity
  • Excellent communication across executives and diverse audiences
