🎯 Requirements
- 5–10+ years in Escalation Management, Technical Support, Incident Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Deep experience in application security: SAST/DAST/SCA, container security, and CI/CD; AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to deliver executive-level summaries.
- Track record handling high-pressure customer escalations and crisis management; stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
