  • Provide post-sales tech support to Level I/II and customers on escalations.
  • Participate in 24x7 support operations and on-call rotation.
  • Interface with Engineering to assist testing and troubleshooting.
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and feed back to teams.
  • Document incidents in the technical support knowledge base.
  • Provide input on product direction from customer use-cases.

  • 8+ years as a Support/Senior Support engineer for networking or web security.
  • Practical knowledge of networking and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues with Ping, Traceroute, and MTR.
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Firewall, Switching, SSL, VPN.
  • Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python.
  • Experience with Zscaler products (ZIA/ZPA) or similar cloud security.
