- Experience troubleshooting network issues with Ping, Traceroute, and MTR.
- Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Firewall, Switching, SSL, VPN.
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python.
- Experience with Zscaler products (ZIA/ZPA) or similar cloud security.
