  • Own and drive escalated issue resolutions with timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Resolve critical cases within SLAs/OLAs with clear status
  • Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation; collaborate with Engineering
  • Reproduce issues in controlled tests to validate defects and inform Eng
  • Create and maintain knowledge base entries documenting troubleshooting steps

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelors with 8+ years in support engineering for networking or web security
  • Proven experience handling critical escalations to resolution
  • Thrive in high-pressure escalations; resolve complex technical challenges
  • Proficient in diagnosing network issues using Ping, Traceroute, MTR
  • Expert knowledge of HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS
  • Strong understanding of SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS
  • In-depth knowledge of VPN technologies including IPsec and various VPN clients
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications
