  • Own and resolve the most complex customer escalations.
  • Lead deep technical investigations across the full stack.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to validate defects and reproduce fixes.
  • Provide coverage for escalated issues across shifts/time zones.
  • Swarm on critical cases with Support Engineers and mentor others.
  • Document findings and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid Zero Trust knowledge: IAM, EDR, network segmentation, CASB.
  • 3-5 years of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for business and technical audiences.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, Federation, SCIM.
  • Experience with MFA methods (TOTP, SMS, FIDO, U2F, WebAuth, etc).
