  • Engage with customers on escalated issues; 24x7 support and on-call rotation
  • Interface with Engineering to test and troubleshoot with customers
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems; provide feedback to Eng and Ops
  • Document incidents in our support database when not in KB
  • Understand product direction and customer use-cases; provide input on changes

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years as Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer in networking or web security
  • Practical knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise infra
  • Experience troubleshooting networks; familiarity with Ping, Traceroute, MTR
  • Hands-on SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Firewall, SSL, SWG, VPN, and VDN
  • Ubuntu and Python hands-on
  • Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX or similar cloud security; TLS inspection
  • Scripting for automation; reproducing complex customer environments
