π― Requirements
- 8+ years as Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer in networking or web security
- Practical knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise infra
- Experience troubleshooting networks; familiarity with Ping, Traceroute, MTR
- Hands-on SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Firewall, SSL, SWG, VPN, and VDN
- Ubuntu and Python hands-on
- Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX or similar cloud security; TLS inspection
- Scripting for automation; reproducing complex customer environments
