Own and resolve high-severity escalations via deep analysis, on-call rotation.
Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud security services, policies, APIs, and AI features.
Investigate AI model governance, data protection, and inference security.
Analyze logs, telemetry, and packets to identify root causes; reproduce defects.
Collaborate with Eng, Cloud Ops, and PM; write troubleshooting docs and mentor.

🎯 Requirements

4–10 years of deep technical support or escalation engineering experience.
Strong AI model security, data governance, and enterprise deployment knowledge.
Proficiency with APIs, JSON, logging, Linux CLI, debugging tools, and cloud systems.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; identity/policy/proxy architectures.
Ability to reproduce issues across layers and provide clear RCAs.
