Own and resolve high-severity escalations with deep analysis
Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud security services, configurations, APIs, and AI

Perform detailed log, telemetry, and packet analysis to identify root causes and craft engineering-ready bug reports
Collaborate with Eng, Cloud Ops, and PM; document troubleshooting; mentor others
